The 150 new jobs will support new client growth and will include both year-round permanent and peak-season temporary roles. APAC Customer Services seeks both English and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates. These roles serve customers in Client Relations and Field Call Support, in which agents will address pricing and product inquiries, provide information about locating and setting appointments and process consumer feedback, through a multi-channel platform and state of the art technology.
