Brock Capital Group Hires Dino Mauricio as Chief Operating Officer, M&A Advisory Services

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 3, 2013) -  Brock Capital Group, LLC (Brock) announces the addition of Dino Mauricio, an accomplished financial, operations and business development executive, as Chief Operating Officer, M&A Advisory Services. Mauricio brings 20 years experience advising corporate acquirers and private equity firms throughout the M&A life cycle including acquisition due diligence, deal execution, merger integration and divestitures. Mauricio's addition to the firm will help provide Brock clients with a broader suite of M&A capabilities and transaction advisory services.

Mauricio joins Brock from Schaffer Consulting where he was partner and practice leader in M&A, merger integration and strategy execution. Previously, he served as managing director and head of transaction advisory services at Getzler Henrich & Associates, prior to that serving as managing director, business development/M&A in General Electric's Commercial Finance and Advanced Materials divisions. He also held positions at Berkshire Group, LEK Consulting and Goldman Sachs & Co. Throughout his career, Mauricio has been a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 and middle-market clients on a variety of leadership issues including transactions, operations, strategy, growth, restructuring, investing, and capital markets.
