Close Period
The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announce that as a result of publication of Net Asset Values on a weekly and month end basis to a Regulatory Information Service, they consider that all inside information during the close period will have been declared to the market. As a result, the Company will continue to purchase its own shares at the discretion of the Board.
Should the Board become aware of any additional inside information during the close period the Company will not make purchases of its own shares.
