Market leaders choose AppGate for network segmentation and remote access

Gothenburg, 11 September 2013

Cryptzone, the IT security and threat mitigation specialist, today confirmed a
€220,000 deal for new AppGate appliances and renewal of a support and
maintenance agreement for a further three years.

The customer, a leading supplier of IT solutions and services in its business
sector, is using AppGate for network segmentation and remote access. The
contract signals continued confidence in Cryptzone's secure access technology.

"Closer collaboration between suppliers and customers offers business
efficiencies and strategic competitive advantage," says Einar Lindquist, CEO at
Cryptzone. "However, when expanding information exchange, organizations must
implement appropriate security measures to safeguard the integrity,
confidentiality and security of their information."

Cryptzone's AppGate platform provides secure dynamic role-based access control,
delivering encrypted user based firewalled access to any TCP/IP based
application. Because access entitlement is based on the user's identity and
context, greater security and flexibility can be achieved than with conventional
firewalls.
