It is announced that H Intressenter has reached an approximate level of 96 percent of the total amount of shares in Höganäs AB B (HOGA B) (SE0000232175). NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust HOGA B in accordance to the Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” Version 2.1, rule 5.8.1. HOGA B will therefore be removed from VINX Benchmark Index effective on September 26, 2013. Last inclusion date for HOGA B will be September 25, 2013.
