Global Luxury Hotel Brand Behind Surrey's 3 Civic Plaza to Be Unveiled

SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 4, 2013) - On Tuesday, October 8, 2013, Century Group will hold a news conference to announce the renowned luxury brand behind 3 Civic Plaza, Surrey's first mixed-use hotel and residential project.

This will be the first opportunity for media to learn key details of the hotel partnership and what will be Surrey's premier hotel offering. The official name of the hotel will also be announced.

3 Civic Plaza furthers Mayor Dianne Watts' vision for the creation of a vibrant transit-oriented social hub. When completed, it will define the skyline south of the Fraser, boasting the area's tallest tower.

Speaking at the event will be City of Surrey Mayor Dianne Watts, Sean Hodgins (Century Group), Jim Cox (Surrey City Development Corporation) and a representative of the global hotel brand. Breakaway interviews will be conducted following the presentations.
