AudioCodes One Voice Delivers Hosted Services

New Program Reduces Complexity Experienced in the Delivery of Cloud-Based and Hosted Services Through a Comprehensive Portfolio of Products and Services

LOD, Israel, Oct. 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AudioCodes (Nasdaq:AUDC), a leading provider of solutions that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks, today introduced the One Voice for Hosted Services program, which includes a full line of proven IP phones, gateways, session border controllers (SBCs) and multi service routers in addition to a global service capability providing installation, provisioning and network monitoring, as well as support and maintenance. The new program is intended to simplify and streamline the delivery of cloud-based services to business customers.

The AudioCodes One Voice for Hosted Services program enables service providers to seamlessly connect and treat customers whether they are migrating from legacy trunking to SIP Trunking services or onwards migrating to complete hosted PBX and unified communications from the cloud. AudioCodes' broad portfolio of products is reused as a cornerstone in any migration process for small or large businesses. AudioCodes voice expertise is fundamental in the services portfolio, as it helps service providers connect business customers and provide on-going support.

According to an Infonetics report issued in the first quarter of 2013, the SIP trunking market is expected to grow from 6.8 million sessions to almost 40 million sessions in 2017. Jefferies Equity Research estimates that VoIP business seats will grow from 44 million in 2012 to 149 million in 2017, representing almost 50% of all global business voice lines.

"We view the AudioCodes One Voice program as an accelerator for deployments of BroadCloud® and BroadWorks®," said Michael Tessler, President and Chief Executive Officer, BroadSoft. "AudioCodes One Voice reduces deployment costs and simplifies the buying, integration and support processes, enabling BroadSoft service providers to concentrate their efforts and resources on delivering revenue-generating Unified Communications services for their enterprise customers."

"The demand rate of Hosted PBX and SIP Trunking services is driven by the value it brings to business customers in cost savings and productivity, but is slowed by the complexity inherent in effectively delivering it to the customers' premises," commented Shabtai Adlersberg, AudioCodes' CEO. "One Voice addresses this exact challenge, by letting service providers focus on innovation, rather than connectivity and delivery of the services."
