EL SEGUNDO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2013) - Stamps.com® (
Forbes' annual list of the 100 best small companies in America highlights organizations with the strongest growth amongst all industries. Candidates must be publicly traded for at least a year, generate annual revenue between $5 million and $1 billion and have a minimum stock price of $5 a share. The rankings are based on three factors: earnings growth, sales growth and return on equity in the past 12 months and over five years.
"We're thrilled to be named by Forbes as one of the best small companies in America," said Stamps.com Chairman and CEO Ken McBride. "We wouldn't have achieved this level of success without the hard work of all of our employees who built Stamps.com into the best mailing and shipping software on the market."
The full list and related stories appear in the October 28, 2013 issue of Forbes, available on newsstands or online at http://www.forbes.com/best-small-companies/list/.
