The real estate is situated at 16/22 Duntes Street, Riga, Latvia and consists of a single storey warehouse building ( cadastre No 0100 017 0152 001) with a total area of 726.80 m2 (built in 1918) , one-story gatehouse (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 002) with a total area of 24.70 m2 (built in 1979), one-story household building (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 004 ) with a total area of 3.60 m2 (built in 1995), auxiliary building (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 005) with a total area of 27,30 m2, auxiliary building (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 006) with a total area of 3.99 m2, auxiliary building (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 007 ) with a total area of 2.72 m2 and a plot (cadastre No 0100 017 0152 ) 2406 m2.
According to the auction rules the real estate is being sold with instant payment. The payment for the auctioned property shall be carried out within two weeks from the date of the auction, the deposit security amount will be counted in the purchase price.
The property is located in the internal Duntes street square and a plot of this real estate is adjacent to the "Rīgas Farmaceitiskā fabrika" area that will allow to use of the real estate for the commercial activity and the expansion of manufacturing in the future.
