Mr. Dodds, who has been a member of Energate's leadership team since 2007, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, succeeds Niraj Bhargava, who is leaving to pursue other interests.

Mr. Dodds has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations and customer relations in various senior level positions. During his tenure as COO of Energate, he oversaw companywide manufacturing activities and ensured the operational efficiency of the company. Prior to Energate, Mr. Dodds held the position of vice president of global operations for Mitel Corporation, a global provider of unified communications and collaboration software, solutions and services, where he led the strategic outsourcing and ultimate divestiture of the company's global operations. Previously, as founder and executive vice president, he helped established BreconRidge Manufacturing Solutions Corporation as a global electronic contract manufacturer.
