Hufvudstaden expands MTN-programme

Hufvudstaden has an MTN programme with an initial limit of SEK 2 billion.
Following a decision by the Board, the programme has been expanded, raising the
limit to SEK 4 billion. Handelsbanken is the lead bank and other banks involved
are Nordea and SEB. A prospectus is available in Swedish on the Company's
website.
