"Ms. Vincent has eight years of combined experience in tax return preparation and IRS representation," says Dennis Brager. As an Enrolled Agent, Ms. Vincent is "enrolled to practice before the IRS," the highest credential that the IRS awards. Ms. Vincent will continue to work with the Brager Tax Law Group attorneys on the FBAR Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program cases. She will also continue to handle collection and audit cases. Ms. Vincent now has unlimited practice rights and is unrestricted as to which taxpayers she is able to represent, the types of tax matters she can handle and in which IRS offices she can represent clients.
