Non-Executive Director John Bentley has subscribed for 45,393 shares in the ongoing Subsequent Offering in Wentworth Resources Limited at a subscription price of NOK 3.82 per share. Mr. Bentley has been allocated 45,393 subscription rights, and will receive 45,393 shares in the Subsequent Offering. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Mr. Bentley will hold 368,202 shares in Wentworth Resources. In addition, Mr. Bentley has 500,000 options each giving the right to receive one share in Wentworth Resources at a price of NOK 3.60 per share. The options are valid until 4 October 2020.
