Midpoint Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 20, 2013) - Midpoint Holdings Ltd. ("Midpoint") (TSX VENTURE:MPT) announces that Mr. David Moseley has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Moseley for his contribution and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

The Company has appointed Mr. Craig Astle as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Astle is a Chartered Accountant with Comishin & Astle Inc. Mr. Astle has been in public practice since 1990 and his strengths are in audits, estate planning, business start up and accounting.
