Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 2 August 2013, Ageas reports the purchase of 178,495 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 18-11-2013 until 22-11-2013.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 12 August 2013, Ageas has bought back 1,872,703 shares for a total amount of EUR 57,846,460. This corresponds to 0.80% of the total shares outstanding.
