ICA Gruppen sells Forma Books, earnings impact approx. SEK -100 million


ICA Gruppen has signed an agreement with Massolit Media on a sale of Forma
Books, which is part of the portfolio company Forma Holding. The divestment will
generate an earnings impact of approximately SEK -100 million for ICA Gruppen in
the fourth quarter of 2013. The purchase price amounts to SEK 19 million on a
debt-free basis.

Forma Books has some 40 employees and sales totalled SEK 119 million in the
twelve-month period which ended on 30 September 2013. The sale is expected to be
completed in December 2013.
