The company has launched a website, http://theconstitutionaldefense.org, which will allow people to donate to a fund to stop the over-reaching federal government's data mining by a runaway government agency. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was put in place as part of the Dodd-Frank Act, but many critics argue it is not subject to the constitutional checks and balances as required by The Constitution.

During a recent hearing in the House Financial Services Committee, Rep. Sean Duffy (R-WI) grilled the director of the CFPB, demanding to know how many Americans have had their information collected by the government agency. The story posted on YouTube, as of this date of publish, has nearly 42,000 hits.

Morgan Drexen is a software and legal support services company and is now embroiled in a federal lawsuit that has pitted the small company against the government super agency boasting more than a half-a-billion dollar budget that is not subject to congressional appropriation.

In fact, the agency's improper use of the independent US Trustee's office to data mine the protected information of thousands of consumers considering bankruptcy is now part of a Senate investigation, and the agency's power is also subject to a half dozen bills in the House of Representatives.

All donations through the website will go to fight the constitutionality of the agency in federal court and any donation will allow visitors to download a certificate that can be used as a gift this holiday season.
