In response to feedback from members, N2EX has decided to improve our member test environment in order that it more closely emulates the production environment. As a result, some user data will be copied from the production environment to the test environment which will enable us to copy orders from production portfolios to the corresponding test portfolios.
What will this mean for you?
- Your username will be the same as in the production environment except for an additional letter T. E.g. if your username is AAA_U1, your test username will be AAA_TU1.
- All portfolios and accounts will be exactly the same in the test environment as in the production environment.
- N2EX will create new unique passwords for all test users (please see details below on how to request these).
When will this change happen?
The change will take place on Wednesday 4th December. As a result the member test environment will be unavailable that day.
Following this change, members will be able to amend and create new orders in the test environment and test them against actual market data. However, members should bear in mind that as all members have the ability to amend their orders in the test environment, there are no guarantees that at the time of testing the member test environment is a completely true reflection of the production environment.
