Danske Bank’s bond issues in Danish kroner
Following announcement No. 28 of 28 November 2013, Danske Bank publishes the final terms for the following issues, which are to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S:
DKK 1,700,000,000 Subordinated Floating Rate Tier 2 Notes due 2024 (DB Tier 2 2024)
DKK 1,150,000,000 Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Tier 2 Notes due 2025 (DB Tier 2 2025)
The notes will be issued value 6 December and 9 December 2013, respectively.
