Questor Technology Inc. ("Questor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:QST) hereby announces that the Board of Directors has accepted with regret the resignations of Ms. Allison Earl and Mr. Michael West as directors of the Company. Mr. James Inkster, who has been a Director of the Company since January, 1995 will assume the role of interim chair of the Audit Committee and Mr. Paul Drager will assume the role of interim chair of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee.
The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Ms. Earl and Mr. West for their contributions to the Company and wish them well in their future endeavors.
