ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, today announced that starting in 2014, the company will release a quarterly trading statement for the first and third quarters of the year, rather than publishing a full set of financial results. The company will maintain its regimen of quarterly conference calls to address market developments and facilitate investor and analyst questions. Full and half year reporting will remain unchanged.
First and third quarter trading statements will provide gross and net revenue details for the quarter and year-to-date developments and will be accompanied by supporting commentary. The change reflects ARCADIS' long term focus and strategy as presented to financial markets during the Capital Markets Day in Amsterdam earlier this week.
