NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2013) - AIA Worldwide, announced today that Fiona O'Sullivan, a proven leader in HR communication, marketing and business development, has joined the company as country manager for its newly established satellite office in Dublin, Ireland.
In her new role, Fiona will leverage more than two decades of experience in helping organizations devise communication strategies and enhance their employer brand. She is responsible for growing market share and ensuring that AIA's global clients and those based in Ireland receive high-quality service in the delivery of new technologies, approaches and creative solutions that revolutionize the way they attract, engage and retain the best talent.
Prior to joining AIA Worldwide, Fiona served as founder and managing director of Eureka, a leading HR specialist communication agency that provided value-added solutions to some of the most prominent global technology companies and financial institutions in Ireland. After selling Eureka, she subsequently held business development and leadership roles in the HR high tech and pharmaceutical sectors. Fiona is a graduate of The Marketing Institute of Ireland, a certified member of the Irish Mediation Institute, a certified business coach and an honorary secretary of the Pharmaceutical Managers Institute of Ireland.
