Change of name, Directorate changes, change of accounting reference date

Downing Planned Exit VCT 2 plc announces that it has today changed its name to:
Downing TWO VCT plc
The Company has also changed its year end from 31 January to 31 December. The next Annual Report will be prepared to 31 December 2013.
The Company further announces that Michael Robinson has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Michael has resigned in order that he can act as a fully independent Chairman of Downing THREE VCT plc (formerly Downing Planned Exit VCT 3 plc).
The Company intends to appoint a new director to replace Michael shortly.
The above changes have taken to bring the Company in line with some changes taking place to other Downing VCTs.
