Proffice AB changes the number of shares and voting rights

PRESS RELEASE
Stockholm, December 30, 2013

In total 2,000,000 class A shares have during December been converted to B
shares in accordance with the conversion provision in the articles of
association. The total number of A shares has decreased from 4,000,000 to
2,000,000, while the total number of B shares has increased from 64,677,773 to
66,677,773. The total number of shares, 68,677,773, remains unchanged.

Class A shares carry ten votes per share, and class B shares carry one vote per
share. The total number of voting rights has therefore decreased from
104,677,773 to 86,677,773, whereof 20,000,000 pertain to class A shares and
66,677,773 pertain to class B shares.
