and voting rights in accordance with chapter 9, section 9 of the Securities
Markets Act as follows:
* Gimv NV's share of the total number of shares in CapMan Plc has fallen below
10%.

2. Reason for the flagging notification: Increase of total shares outstanding of
the issuer following the subscription of 985,225 series B shares based on stock
options 2008B. The new shares were registered in the Trade Register on 27
December 2013.
