Marcus, Peter L. Olszewski and Ann D. Wiles, all resident in the firm's Washington, DC office, have been promoted to Counsel, effective January 1, 2014.

These promotions follow the May 2013 promotions of Michelle L. Rogers and Andrew R. Louis to Partner.

Heidi Bauer received her J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law in 2005 (cum laude), where she was a member of the American University International Law Review. She received her B.A. from Miami University in 2002.
Bradley A. Marcus received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006 (summa cum laude, commencement speaker, Heuisler Honor Society, Law Faculty Award and Associate Comments Editor, University of Baltimore Law Review), where he graduated first in his class. He received his B.A. in journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001.
Peter L. Olszewski received his J.D. from the George Washington University in 2005 (Order of the Coif). During law school, he was a member of the George Washington Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002.
Ann D. Wiles received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006, where she was Associate Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. She received a B.S. from the University of Florida in 2003.
