JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” announces it has lodged a claim against the company Excelsius Global Services GmbH and involved physical persons for the total sum of EUR 3 599 339.72 exclusive interest in Regional Court Würzburg (Germany).
The management of JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” informs that this prosecution will not influence the planed financial results of fiscal year 2013 that will be published in the unaudited annual financial statement. The financial statement of the company for the period ended on 31st December 2013 will be published in previously given terms in the homepage of NASDAQ OMX.
