The hotels and restaurants generate numerous invoices that are paid through a consolidated Accounts Payable function at KRC's Kennebunk headquarters. Invoices are stored in Docassist and available from within Intacct, linked to the pertinent accounting transaction. "Now we can easily find any invoice we want, as well as related documents, without ever having to leave Intacct," said Bill Bamford.
