SEATTLE, Jan. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTCPK:BCCI) announced that it will be opening a third location in South West Florida with Joint Venture Partner "Baristas Coffee Company Florida L.L.C." furthering its expansion.
Baristas opened two locations in the latter part of last year with this Joint Venture in Cape Coral, Florida and plans to continue expanding in the region. The newest location is expected to open early in second quarter, 2014.
The Joint venture "Baristas Coffee Company Florida, L.L.C." is owned 51% by Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. a publically traded Nevada corp. and 49% by "South Florida Coffee Company, L.L.C." of which Delray Beach Florida based private equity investment firm "Capital Consulting, Inc." is a majority partner.
