National Car Rental Introduces Emerald Aisle Service at Edmonton International Airport

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 23, 2014) - National Car Rental announced today the addition of its "Emerald Aisle" service for members of its award-winning Emerald Club loyalty program at the Edmonton International Airport National location. With this expansion, National has become the first car rental brand to offer counter bypass service to Edmonton International Airport customers.

National - which launched the car rental industry's first comprehensive frequent-renter program - expedites the rental process for Emerald Club members by providing access to the "Emerald Aisle," an exclusive section of the lot where members can select any vehicle as long as they reserve a mid-sized car. The Emerald Club is free to join and focuses on making travel more efficient by offering its members speed, choice and control. Members can bypass the service counter and head straight for the "Emerald Aisle" to pick up the car of their choice.
