RESULT OF ENTITLEMENT AND
OPEN OFFER ("the Offer")
The Directors of DXS International, the provider of sector leading expertise in medical software, consultancy and technology, are pleased to announce that the Entitlement and Open Offer has been very well received with demand comfortably exceeding the amount initially made available for investment. The Offer was made available by City & Merchant Limited.
The Offer was originally intended to raise £372,000 but, given the strong demand for the shares, the Board decided to increase the number of shares available and the Offer was closed on 15th January with just over £433,000 received. The Directors are pleased to welcome all the new shareholders to the Company. The proceeds of the placing will be used to fund significant growth opportunities in the Medical Information arena and develop the Care Pathways available for UK medical specialists.
As a result of the Offer a total of 3,609,406 Ordinary Shares have been issued. The figure of 32,893,994 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
