Kaplan has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide software development projects at insurance carriers. He brings significant knowledge of policy administration systems and the ways in which the data they collect can be used for reporting, intelligence, and analytical purposes. He also adds deep experience to Yodil in interacting with C level executives at P&C carriers seeking to solve operational and decision-making challenges.

Prior to joining Yodil, Jon was employed as Vice President of Development for Delphi Technologies in Boston, MA. Prior to Delphi, Jon held an executive position at what was then a start-up software company -- AscendantOne of Nashua, NH -- which later became ISO-ITS, a business unit of ISO before being acquired by AQS, now Insurity. In his role at AscendantOne, Jon designed and oversaw the development of a Policy Administration Suite with a focus on automating the update process from the ISO Rating Service. This patented configurable rating solution is used by ISO to create and maintain its insurance content in electronic format for Commercial and Personal lines of business, including Workers Compensation.
