SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inception Mining Inc. (OTCQB:IMII) ("Inception" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the National Forest Service, Salmon-Challis Ranger District (NFS), is processing a Plan of Operations submitted by the Company to permit construction of a road across National Forest System lands to provide access to the Company's two patented mine claims, the U.P. and Burlington claims ("UP & Burlington"), located near Salmon, Idaho. The NFS has prepared a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and has published the related legal notice and no comments have yet been received following the publication of the legal notice. The draft EA has not been published by the NFS. The NFS has also prepared a surface use determination (SUD) which is currently under review by the NFS. There is no guarantee as to the timing of road permit. The new road would disturb less than 2.0 acres of land located in section 25, Township 22 North, Range 19 East, Boise Meridian, Idaho.
"We are pleased to be entering into the next stage in our goal of commencing mining production and we hope to obtain the road construction permit by early Spring 2014. While we hope to begin bulk sampling operations shortly thereafter, there is no guarantee regarding the timing of the road permit or that that we will be able to commence operations in the late Spring 2014," stated the Company's CEO, Michael Ahlin.
UP & Burlington was the initial mineral resource supporting the basis for the Company's formation. Please review the Company's previous Press Releases, its website at www.inceptionmining.com and/or the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission for further details. The Company is assessing additional potential acquisitions, of which there is no guarantee, but will continue to focus the majority of its efforts on bringing the UP and Burlington mining claims to production next season.
