Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 2 August 2013, Ageas reports the purchase of 50,745 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 10-02-2014 until 14-02-2014.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 12 August 2013, Ageas has bought back 3,215,348 shares for a total amount of EUR 99,500,874. This corresponds to 1.38% of the total shares outstanding.
