IRONDALE, Ala., Feb. 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (EWTN) – It's an EWTN first! The EWTN Global Catholic Network is taking the show on the road Saturday, April 5 to the Chandos Pattison Auditorium in Surrey, BC for a day of free family fun!
Be renewed in your faith with inspirational talks by your favorite EWTN hosts. "Don't miss" speakers will include Marcus Grodi, host of "The Journey Home;" Fr. James Mallon, host of the EWTN series "Dogmatic Theology" and the soon-to-debut "Cross Training"; Fr. John Horgan, series host and frequent EWTN guest; as well as the Global Catholic Network's own Chairman & CEO Michael P. Warsaw! The entire event will be hosted by Global Catholic Network President Doug Keck, who is best known as Host of "EWTN Bookmark" and many of the Global Catholic Network's live events! This year's theme will be "Evangelization – A Journey That Starts At Home."
That's not all! You will also have the opportunity to be part of a TV audience. You might even see yourself on television when the event airs!
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. During the lunch hour, you will have the opportunity to go to confession. Box lunches will also be available for purchase.
EWTN is also honored to announce that Archbishop Michael Miller, CSB, has agreed to serve as the celebrant and homilist at Holy Mass, which will begin at 5 p.m. and provide a beautiful conclusion to our jam-packed celebration.
