LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2014) - The Candidate Experience Awards, a non-profit organisation focused on facilitating the evolution of the employment candidate experience, today announced details of the U.K. Candidate Experience (CandE) 2013 Awards Announcement and Reception. The 2013 CandE Award honourees will be announced and celebrated, at a special ceremony taking place at The Brewery in London on Tuesday, 25 February, 2014.
Now closing its second year, the U.K. CandE Awards are open to organisations that recruit in the British employment market. The evaluation process includes employer and candidate surveys to assess and benchmark the candidate experience, while identifying those companies that set a high standard. In addition to honouring this year's winners, the CandE Awards Reception will reveal some of the main research findings collected during the 2013 programme; based on survey responses from more than 3000 candidates and 29 participating companies.

The CandE Awards consists of three survey rounds, each of which is designed to evaluate the company's corporate applicant process and how it treats those candidates who apply. Those companies that meet criteria for a positive candidate experience in rounds one and two are honoured as CandE Award winners. Companies who meet a high standard of candidate experience excellence are invited to participate in the final judging round, where they are interviewed and evaluated by the industry luminaries for areas of distinction. Those identified as providing exceptional candidate experiences are named "With Distinction" honourees.
