STA-BIL'S Engine Answerman Motors Into Daytona Bike Week

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - The STA-BIL® Engine Answerman™, Bobby Cleveland will motor into Daytona for Bike Week from March 10-16 to educate motorcycle enthusiasts about proper fuel management, engine performance and provide support at the WyoTech Brute Horsepower Shootout.

Daytona Bike Week's premier dyno event, the WyoTech Brute Horsepower Shootout will be held on the WyoTech campus located at 470 Destination Daytona Lane. Every year, dozens of contestants and their machines rev it all the way to the redline in pursuit of cash, prizes and bragging rights. Bikes from 125cc motocrossers all the way to dual-turbo nitrous-breathing monster machines make their way onto WyoTech's finely tuned dynamometers to get the real lowdown on how much power they can make.

Cleveland and his team will be on-site to educate bike enthusiasts about proper fuel management, ways to protect their bikes and introduce the new STA-BIL® 360° Protection Ethanol Fuel Treatment and Stabilizer ("STA-BIL 360°"). Cleveland will arrive in Daytona on March 10 after competing March 8-9 at the Avon Park (Florida) MowerPlex in the first STA-BIL National Lawn Mower Racing Series event of the 2014 season. Founded on April Fool's Day, STA-BIL helped start the USLMRA in 1992 and after 22 years is one of the longest-running motorsport sponsorships in United States.

The first Daytona Bike Week took place in January 1937, the inaugural running of the Daytona 200, and the first race took place on the sand on a 3.2 mile road course. Ed Kretz of Monterey Park, CA was its first winner, riding an American made Indian Motorcycle averaging 73 miles an hour. Now, a 10-day festival, the event has spread from Main Street into other areas around Volusia County, FL. The motorcycle industry and hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts are expected to gather.
