ADDISON, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 7, 2014) - Diversified metal component manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Eptec S.A. de C.V. from Revstone Transportation, LLC. The business unit includes a precision machining plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The acquisition was finalized on March 6. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Eptec manufactures precision machined components including connecting rods, corner assemblies, knuckles, flanges and cylinder head inserts. Eptec's customers include OEMs and Tier I automotive suppliers.
