Canstruction® Calgary is a competition using canned food and other non-perishable items as building blocks. Teams create structures, which are judged, exhibited to the public and then de-canstructed, with all food going to the Calgary Food Bank. In its eight years, Canstruction® Calgary has donated over $700,000 in food and funds. CANstructions will be on display at Southcentre Mall until March 20.
