Fabege sells Södermalm property


Fabege has sold the Kolonnen 7 property in the corner Götgatan/Ölandsgatan,
Stockholm, to Olov Lindgren. The property comprises approximately 3,400 sqm of
floor area, with office/retail space and residential space. The buyer will take
possession of the property on 11 April 2014.
The sale will generate a gain of approximately SEK 13m before tax and
approximately SEK 32m after tax, which will be recognised during the first
quarter of 2014.

“This was our only remaining property in the Södermalm area and the sale enables
us to continue to focus on our prioritised submarkets,” comments Klaus Hansen
