Clifford Chance advising Summit Health on its sale to Quest Diagnostics


NEW YORK, March 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Clifford Chance is advising Summit Health, a leading provider of on-site prevention and wellness programs primarily for employers, on its sale to Quest Diagnostics, the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in the first half of 2014. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
