Stockholm, Sweden, March 21, 2014: Hans Stråberg, Vice Chair of Atlas Copco AB, has been proposed by the Nomination Committee to serve as the next Chair of the Board. Shareholders will vote on the matter at the Annual General Meeting on April 29. Hans Stråberg, a Swedish citizen born 1957, has broad experience in leading a multinational company. He was President and CEO of AB Electrolux between 2002 and 2010, and held various leading positions within Electrolux, both in Sweden and the United States, since joining that company in 1983. He serves as Chair of Roxtec AB, CTEK AB and Orchid Orthopedics Inc., and is a member of the Board of Investor AB, N Holding AB, Mellby Gård AB and Stora Enso Oyj.
