On March 11th, Banimmo has inaugurated the new Galerie Bagatelle in Suresnes (Ile-de-France). This gallery covers a total area of about 5,300 sqm (4,700 sqm lettable area) and it reinforces and completes the pedestrian city centre of Suresnes with a dynamic commercial offer.
The location and the quality of the renovation works have allowed Banimmo to rent all the areas before the opening and thus achieving an occupancy rate of 100%.
