SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., March 26, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes' Learning Centers will host their Spring Events from Saturday, March 29th to Saturday, April 5th in different locations across the United States. The events are free and open to the public.
Parents, educators, and other professionals are invited to learn about their research-validated programs for reading, comprehension, spelling, and math. Learning challenges that accompany a diagnosis of dyslexia, hyperlexia, ADHD, or autism will be discussed. Their unique, process-based instruction develops language and literacy skills for children and adults.
"This is an excellent opportunity for parents, educators, and other professionals to learn how our unique programs and methods help students become successful learners," says Chris Outlaw, Regional Director of Centers. "Our focus at our centers is to help students develop the underlying skills necessary for independent learning. This begins for each student by assessing his or her unique learning profile. Then, each student's instruction plan is differentiated and individualized to his or her specific language processing needs. We look forward to demonstrating the process for our attendees."
