NetBooster S.A. appoints Andreas von Habsburg as a Board Member
NetBooster (FR0000079683 - ALNBT), a leading independent European agency, creating digital strategies for blue chip clients around the globe , today announces changes to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors on 31 March 2014 decided to appoint Andreas von Habsburg as a member of the Board of Directors, with this matter to be recommended for approval at the next annual general meeting.
Andreas von Habsburg is a Corporate Finance Advisor at UBS focusing on family businesses. He has worked in numerous positions worldwide and gained extensive experience in building up a global franchise for the bank. He has vast transactional skill in M&A and privatizations in a wide variety of industries.
Mr. von Habsburg takes over the seat of Pascal Chevalier, who resigned his position as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from 31 March 2014. The changes reflect the Board of Directors continued aim to bring the Company's governance to the next level. As a result the Board consists of Bernard-Louis Roques (Chairman), Benjamin Faes, Andreas von Habsburg and Tim Ringel (CEO).
