NOTICE
of repayment of the principal and payment of the accrued interest
Pursuant to the provisions of clauses 8 and 15(ii) of the "Final Terms" of the Guaranteed bonds, Michelin Luxembourg SCS hereby announces that the Bonds will be redeemed at their principal, with the exception of those previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, and the payment of the accrued interest of the Bonds on 24 April, 2014.
