With more than 35 years of experience in high-growth sales organizations, Hoffman is a recognized industry leader and brings a wealth of sales operations and transformational revenue growth experience to Lyris.

Prior to Informatica, Hoffman co-founded and served as executive vice president of Worldwide Sales at Cassatt Corporation and was president of the Americas at SeeBeyond Technology Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of Worldwide Sales at Documentum, and he spent 10 years at Oracle, where he ultimately assumed the role of vice president of Worldwide Operations.
