(OTCQB: BZIC), a leading developer of state-of-the-art interactive music products, signed an agreement with Chardan Capital Markets, LLC, an international investment bank headquartered in New York City, with offices in Los Angeles and Beijing.

Under the agreement, Chardan will introduce Beamz to potential investors and business partners, arrange non-deal road shows, advise and assist management in preparing for presentations to financial sources, as well as perform a wide variety of financial advisory services.
