buys back its minority joint venture partner in Japan
 

After a long and successful partnership Compagnie Financiere Tradition SA and its joint venture partner in Japan, Central Tanshi, have agreed to reorganise the ownership of their Tokyo business Meitan Tradition Co., Ltd.

After Central Tanshi divest of their holding in Meitan Tradition Co., Ltd the business will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Compagnie Financiere Tradition SA.
