On 29.04.2014, the sole shareholder of OÜ Vettel (a company belonging to the same group of companies with AS Premia Foods) Saaremere Kala AS resolved to recall Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen from the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel. The Supervisory Board continues in the composition of three members – Indrek Kasela, Erik Haavamäe and Katre Kõvask.
On 30.04.2014, the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel resolved to elect Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen to the Management Board of OÜ Vettel. In addition to Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen, Mairi Paiste was elected to the Management Board of OÜ Vettel. As from the respective resolution of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board comprises of three members and in addition to Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen and Mairi Paiste, Aivar Jõgi is also a member of the Management Board and is in accordance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board acting as the Chairman of the Management Board.
Mairi Paiste has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in economics. As from 2004, Mairi has been working in OÜ Vettel as the chief accountant, as from 2006 in Saaremere Kala AS as the chief accountant and since 2010 she has been the member of the audit committee of Premia Foods. She is also member of the management board of OÜ Kroon Ruudus.
The purpose of the changes in the management bodies of OÜ Vettel is to raise the efficiency of the work thereof.
